 Thurstan Robinson,
 Avery Dennison
Thurstan Robinson has been appointed as European external communications manager for Avery Dennison in its Netherlands office. His duties will include developing and implementing external communications programmes to support Avery Dennison's market-leading B2B operations. In particular, he will be required to liaise with Avery Dennison's customers and the media.

He makes the move from ICT services provider Getronics NV, where he was vice president in corporate communications - a position he held for 18 months.

Robinson says, "I am looking forward to using my knowledge of corporate and marketing communications, media relations, strategic planning and change management to help Avery Dennison achieve its objectives and work towards improving communications with all interest groups affiliated with the company."

Avery Dennison creates technology used to make office supplies and employs over 30,000 individuals across offices in 51 countries worldwide. It develops, manufactures and markets a wide range of products for both consumer and industrial markets.
