B2B company Kingsbridge Professional Solutions (KPSol) have followed in the footsteps of B2C insurance providers Compare the Market and Churchill by using the charms of an animal mascot to market their services.

In a bid to make the subject of business insurance more exciting, online based KPSol have enlisted the help of accident prone Arnie the Armadillo to see how he manages risk mitigation at home and in the workplace.

KPSol hopes Arnie will become synonymous with business insurance in the same way as the Churchill bulldog or Compare the Market's meerkat are with personal insurance.

Arnie the Armadillo appears on the KPSol website and is starring in a video marketing campaign. A new look KPSol website is being launched alongside the armadillo's onscreen activity.

Kingsbridge set up its website in July 2007 in an effort to provide great value insurance to professional freelancer consultants and contractors working both in a sole trader and limited company set-up.
