| Campaign to recruit from competitors |
The recruitment campaign begins on January 18 with an advert prompting customers to ask if they should stay or go from their current jobs printed on sandwich bags. The international marketing agency spent November and December ‘staking out' independent cafes in the vicinity of competitor agencies in order to plant the idea of a job move.
GyroHSR is looking to expand its creative department by at least 50 per cent but doesn't want to spend on recruitment fees. It is therefore encouraging potential new staff to come to it. It claims money saved will go towards investing in existing staff members.
Richard Perry, chief operating officer for GyroHSR says, "GyroHSR is in the fortunate position of needing an influx of new talent. We have won a substantial amount of new businesses in recent months and this combined with our organic growth and continued appetite for great people, means that we are in the market to make a number of new appointments."
