DIGITAL MARKETING NEWS: Vodafone revamps B2B website

Vodafone has launched an online business centre and refreshed its website for B2B customers.

The redesign, based on customer feedback, aims to make browsing different business categories and tariffs easier by dividing products into three groups, small businesses, medium and large businesses and public sector.

The new website utilises case studies to highlight different tariff options. Added functions and content will be added over the next two months.

Vodafone enterprise marketing director Peter Boucher said: "We have significantly expanded our enterprise business over the past three years and some of the information on our services was being held on a number of different sites and was not as easy as it could be to find, so we've changed that.

"The new business site is based on extensive customer feedback and is aimed at making the user experience as simple, consistent and engaging as possible. We're confident that it will provide to be a real benefit to our existing customers, partners and prospects, and for those looking to switch to Vodafone."
