Speakers:

Zina Manda, director, Mardev
Zina is the director at Mardev, the database marketing division of Reed Elsevier, one of the world's foremost business information providers. 

As Sales Director, Zina is responsible for UK and European sales. Prior to joining Mardev in 1995 she spent seventeen years in Media Sales spanning TV, Outdoor and Publishing.

Zina is Chair of FEDMA's List Council and a member of the FEDMA board. She also serves on the board of the Telephone Preference Service. Zina speaks regularly at events on issues relating to The Data Protection Act 1998 and Email marketing.

Ed Weatherall, managing director, Concep
Edward Weatherall is one of the founders of Concep and is the UK Managing Director.  Ed is a regular speaker at industry events as well as a founding member of the IAB email marketing council and an active member of the IDM and B2B marketing councils.  Over the last six years, Concep, leaders in marketing technology and communications services, have consulted with global organisations on the successful implementation of effective digital and email marketing strategies.

Denise Cox, email newsletter specialist, Newsweaver
Denise Cox is Newsweaver's Email Newsletter Specialist and has extensive knowledge in email marketing - from best practice, marketing know-how to writing content that works. Named a Net Visionary in 2002, Denise has been involved in email marketing since 1996 and provides practical consultancy to Newsweaver's clients, enabling them to maximise their investment in email.

Denise has her own email marketing blog email matters! and also publishes The Business of Email - one of Europe's leading email newsletters specialising in email marketing. She is a regular speaker at conferences and seminars, as well as a contributor to publications on the subject of email marketing.

Reena Mistry, group account director, Adestra Ltd
Reena Mistry has over six years' direct and digital marketing experience. At Adestra, she works in partnership with key B2B clients such as Incisive Media and UBM to develop their email marketing strategy, as well as providing them with best practice advice and key account management. In previous roles, including Account Manager at a leading digital agency for one of the UK's largest mobile phone networks, she was tasked with helping to deliver optimum ROI on email campaigns - and she now works with Adestra's clients to achieve the same. Previously client-side at RM Education, she has developed and managed email and direct marketing programmes and now at continues to work on this account at Adestra helping the team to win the recent coveted b2b marketing magazine award for the best use of data.

Steve Kemish, director, Cyance and chair of the IDM Digital Council
With over eleven years of experience in all aspects of digital marketing, Steve Kemish has worked client-side in both b2b and b2c and offers considerable expertise as a web marketing specialist.

Originally from a HCI (Human-Computer Interaction) background, Steve has gained an extensive working knowledge of all principles of online customer interaction and communication. He has worked with many clients to help them realise the potential of digital marketing and has managed e-commerce strategy, development and deployment across many markets with impressive results.

A regular industry speaker, writer and trainer, Steve has worked with the IDM since 2004 on various courses and events. He has spent the last eleven years online, giving him a strong understanding of the technology and how it can be best used to deliver real benefits for a business. He has worked with a host of brands on digital marketing strategy, including: Oracle, Cisco, ITV, npower, IOD, Help the Aged and Incisive Media. He has recently been appointed Chair of the IDM Digital Council.

Adam Needles (Twitter: @abneedles) is the company's director of field marketing and B2B marketing evangelist. 

In his Atlanta-based evangelism role, he serves as a key advocate for B2B marketers - learning from, researching and analyzing the critical issues B2B marketers face; participating in dialogue at key marketing conferences and events on behalf of Silverpop; and serving as a key author of best practices documents, including those on the Demand Generation and Propelling Brands blogs, and numerous live and webinar presentations.  He also leads the company's global field marketing organization.

Needles has more than a dozen years as a B2B marketing executive and consultant and has advised both growth-stage companies and publicly-traded enterprises.  Prior to joining Silverpop he was based in Boston as vice president of marketing for technology-industry analysis firm The 451 Group.  He previously co-founded DVG Research, a market-strategy firm, and he was a key team member at Citigate Cunningham, a technology public relations firm, where his accounts included Motorola and Platinum Technology (acquired by CA, Inc.). 

He holds an MBA in Brand and Product Management from the University of Wisconsin at Madison and a BSFS in Science and Technology in International Affairs from Georgetown University.
